    Great subject.

    I don't know why this image seems not to be in focus or blurred, where you hand holding? the shutter speed seems ok to me so... I understand that the 100-400 is IS but don't really know what might be going on in here. To me the most notorious problem is the head angle, since it is turned away. The white on the URC is a little distracting too. Noise reduction on the BG is also mandatory.
    Over all is a nice image, it only needs some extra cares for next time, please keep them coming.

    I think Juan Carlos mentioned the major flaws in the image. I do also encourage you to keep at it, the bird's size on canvas is perfect, and if a few key technical elements (as mentioned by my friend Juan Carlos) were achieved, this image would have so much to offer!

    Agree on the points mentioned above - the comp works well, just wish for a better head angle.
