I like the pose, perch, angle and details. Maybe a bit more contrast? The bird looks a bit noisy on my monitor.

    Wow, look at those talons!

I agree with Axel on the noise. The contrast looks fine to me, although I would like to see a bit more eye contact.

Lovely image. With the head down and the eye recessed, the eye is very dark.

Please tell us about the situation. Where? Bait? How long in the blind?

Wonderful looking eagle, and those talons are awesome. I would to see his full wing spread.

Super image here apart from noisy darker areas and a image looking a bit flat. Lovely looking bird!

    Impressive bird!

Love the talons and the bird looking down. Agree about the dark eye.

Picture taken in Bulgaria. Had to sit in a blind ( 3 days ) that was just for one person and it was difficult to sit straight up. Terrible weather, this picture was shot in the fog, had to do a lot in PS to make it look decent. Organised by http://spatiawildlife.com/?news=2, great guys btw!!

You are a strong and tough man. I have trouble sitting in my easy chair for three hours!
