Welcome to wildlife, Asad, very interesting post for starters. I find amazing that a monkey could found on the loose like that :)
Shame on the human elements, but I guess tha's what makes this so unique.

    Looking forward to more.

    Big Welcome Asad

I particularly like the mood and demeanor of the monkey Looks like he knows exactly what is he doing ... and going to do !!! The setting is interesting for me since its not a place I would be looking for one !!!

    Excellent exposure and sharpness !!!!!

    Welcome to the forum Asad.

The monkey is indeed an interesting fellow deserving a better background but this is where he is. I feel tightening up the crop and eliminating the vertical posts draws the viewers eye more to the monkey and not the surroundings. With the long tail you have a very tall crop but I like this a lot.

Next time you out, look at the edges of the frame in the view finder. A move to the left here would have eliminated the very out of focus post on the lower right. Generally best to try not to have large out of focus elements in the foreground of the image as the viewer's eye is drawn to it.

He reminds me of a bored kid hanging around the playground waiting for someone to come play with him :). I like the pose and the light, just wish for a more natural environment.
