    The angle is a bit steep but I like the pose too much to pass up the shot.

    1/500 at f11 and ISO400 EC -1/3
    Bigma at 363mm
    Canon 40D

    Sharp. Odd but interesting pose. Good head angle. The amount of blur in the foot at 1/500 sec. is amazing. All in all well done.

    Nice eye and hair-do, exposure techs work (500>363). Smallish aperture, maybe could have got more speed to freeze action, I like it.

    I agree about the angle - but I wouldn't pass up this shot either. Good action captured, sharp, and a nice background, Scott. Some of the whites look pretty bright on my monitor - you might try to tone them down a bit.

    I like it! Like the movement on the foot, and colours of the bird! Very interesting pose!
