    Taking a break from Acadia images. This image was made this evening along my local stream here in Eastern Pennsylvania.

    Canon 30D; Sigma 150mm macro lens; tripod-mounted

    1/60 sec @ f/16; ISO 800; -1/3 EV; natural light

    Nice comp, Ed. I think I'd be prone to remove the top flower in the back as it looks like it's sticking out of nowhere. The other two seem connected to the flower and I really like them compared to that top one.

    Nice detail and excellent focal point as usual. The BG feels a little dark to me, though.

    I like this composition very much, Ed. I think the center of the flower could use some more sharpening, though.

    Hey Ed, I agree with Jules on removing the op flower. I don't mind the dark look.

    Nicely composed frame Ed. Especially liked the BG here - the random scattering of shades of greens.
