    I like your composition Paolo great eye contact and you handled your exposure quite well I think I would add
    just a little more at the bottom and take a small amount off the top. Nice Shot!

    I like the look-down pose, would give it more room at the bottom and sharpen the bird more. Softer light would have helped in this situation.

    To the above suggestions I would add that I'd lighten the irises a little.
