I dont really like the green space to the right of the perch and the bird is almost dead center. The picture is worthy of a tighter crop around the bird.
There is enough light cast on the woodpecker to make this work. Its easier said now to have moved to your left, and I agree with Scott to move the tree to the right to lose that part of the BG.
I like the idea of the bird peeking behind the tree. Good details and interesting BG, too. I would put the bird higher in the frame and wish the sun would have been behind you to avoid the slight shadow on the bird's face.
this is much better Mital! I would further take some off the top to turn this into a landscape crop and place the eye of the bird somewhere close to the vertical and top horizontal third lines?
many people will probably say clone out the OOF tree to the left but I think it adds much, framing the bird well and showing continuity in its environment.
