Hi Fabs, Excellent mood creation. Another one of your super Bev Doolittle painting, photos. All you need are the Native Americans. I really like this one.

Beautiful Fabs. The fog effect works well and I like that the four largest trees to the right of center are the main focus of attention.

    Hi Fabs,
Very nice choice of adding the fog. Looking at the base image, I feel it would have needed something to strengthen it....as even though you have nice tree separation and grouping.....not a real strong focal point....but leave it to you to add interest and drama.....the fog adds to the mystery and look and oveall feel of the image. Very well thought out!

Good use of the fog filter Fabs. If you erased some of the fog on the darkest FG tree I might back off a bit. It seems a little too prominent to my eye. Nice comp and you have isolated all the aspens in the frame.

Hi Fabs, Interesting effect that works with the image. I do feel the image is lacking a center of interest but a nice mood has been created

    very nice effect......and well applied.
"my" eye keeps going from the wooded filed to the mountainside and back.
Just as an exercise scroll the window up to hide about the top 1/3(mountainside),
then my eye stays in the field with more interest.
May or may not be a valid point

that fog sure looks real! great mood in this, love the lines of the trees - you can feel the cold (that says a lot since it never snows where I come from - life can be so hard sometimes ;))
