    Very nice exposure and details. Shooting angle was little steep for my taste. If subject was at eye level I am sure you would have made a wonderful image.

    I agree that the angle is a bit too steep but you sure nailed the focus on that head/eye area! I'm wondering if you ran any noise reduction because places on the feathers look to be smoothed over. If so, try masking the bird off so the NR only goes to the BG.

    Exposure, light, sharpness.. everything works fine in this image but the out of focus leaf in the middle of the bird :-(

    It is often difficult for me to get detail on a black eye coming from a black markings in the head and nailed this one. Steep angle ok with me as the bird is at tree top. OOF leaf in front of the bird is a bother but colors are gorgeous.

    Nice colors and pleasing BGD. I think the bird could be higher up in the frame, the angle is ok for me, though the leaf is distracting.
