    Ed:

    Great title, very apt.

Good exposure balance between whites and blacks, nice HA, just enough blur in wings to suggest movement, nice BG. A catchlight would be nice.

    Very fun!

wonderful balanced pose and color/details IMO.

I just love these birds! Excellent pose and timing, Ed. I would take a bit off the top of the frame to tighten the comp a bit more.

Super pose with the outspread wings, and you have exposed this nicely. I really enjoy the detail and colour on these guys heads and beaks.

The title that you choosed for this image is really funny Ed :-D
Superb BG, timing and light. I love it. I agree with Randy about the blurred wings suggesting movements. I only whish for a catch light. Very good image

I like this crop, nice pose, light, colors and good exposure although in my monitor I see some hot whites in the upper chest.
Great colors and BG too. Congratulation!

Beautiful shot Ed, I'd love to see this species one day.
I love the pose and BG.
trimming the top a bit would be my only suggestion.

Great pose and comp. You got a bit of a halo around. Light not the best

I like the pose and angle. Getting a catchlight in this light is nearly impossible with this species, maybe you could try to lighten the eye instead. I would also sharpen the bird a bit more. Hopefully I will get a chance to go up there again this year.

Yep, love that title Ed. Great OOF BG and the wings appear as though it is conducting something. :) Congratulations. Great effort.
