Thanks Alfred and Steve. Steve the darn coyote and grass were so light to start with, and I had already darkened and added contrast to it. I was not sure where to stop. It was nice to get a clear shot at them. Usually I only see them off in the distance disappearing from sight. Dave
Very nice pose and eye contact. The habitat included is just right and the only thing I'd change is the same they all agree on, making the foreground darker. A simple curves adjustment will take care of that.
Hard to tell but I think that I like the contrast and the look of the first image a bit better. Way sharp and love those piercing eyes. A bit of a pano crop from the bottom might be in order.
