    Default Copyright Symbol...

Can anyone tell me if Photoshop Elements 7 has a copyright symbol available for putting on your images. A friend bought PSE 7 and said that he has looked everywhere and cannot find one.

    Thanks

I don't have PS7, but you can put it on any image from the keyboard (Windows comand), in almost any program, including Elements.

Hold down the "ALT" key while typing "0169" and release. The © will apprear where you choose to put it.

You can resize it in your font command to any font or size available.

Mac has a similar key stoke, but I do not know the process.

    Good Luck

You could go to Word > Insert "Symbol" and look at the shortcut or copy+paste it. On my Mac the shortcut is Option+G.

Not sure if it is in Elements...

But in CS look in the Shape tool ...Hit the letter U on keyboard. It is located in the Shape default selection. Works like a brush and I suggest you do this on a new layer.

But, I use ALT 0169 with the (T) tool.

The symbol will be there in the character map of your computer.
