    Made this image one evening on Belgian coast near the town Brugge.

    Techs:
    Nikon D300, Nikkor 12-24mm AF-S
    f/22, 1/8, ISO100
    2-stop Hard GND, Circular Polarizer

    The back lighting makes for great modeling on the rocks and accentuating the details. I like the graduation of color in the sky. That one wave crash into the sky helps to balance the image with the FG rocks, catching the eye and moving the viewer into the image.

    Hi Kaushik,
    Without the strong backlight... this image wouldn't be nearly as powerful. Nice moment captured too and as Robert mentioned....the crashing waves balance the scene nicely. I also feel the greenery in the right and the rocks act as a nice leading line. Very well done!

    A beautiful image.
    Really like the nice sharp FG barnacle clothed rocks curve on the right taking the eye into the picture and the fountaining wave.
    Perfectly timed.
