    I like the pose, angle of flight and 2-tone BG! blacks and whites on the bird are well exposed. I would just lessen the sharpening as it looks like the plumage might suffer from a bit of over-sharpening (that said I'm not viewing on the best monitor)

    I would sharpen less on the body but sharpen the head a bit more. The rest is great diito Morkel well done

    Amazing pose here! Agree on the sharpening issue here. Like the 2-tone BG too. Well done!

    Stunning pose, detail, sharpness and colors, nice BG and comp. Light was a bit harsh IMO and the whites on the head could be tone down a little.

    I like the pose composition and BG and agree that it looks a bit oversharpened, particularly back and far wing. Keep them coming!

    Nice banking pose. Ditto the above comments, although I can't stand the BG. I would definitely run some gaussian blur on the trees. Also the plumage seems to lack fine detail.

    Nice capture and nice to see a pelican without a blue sky only.
