    Hi Malcolm

Good basic exposure with shadow detail, like the interaction, good bg and got both sharp !!!

On the tech side would stop down for more dof Got plenty of speed and could even increase ISO a bit ... makes a difference !!!

Regarding the sticks its a personal thing Would be tempted to mask the out for a cleaner image, not a cloning fan but in this case is no big deal and will made a difference !!! btw if you can also indicate the exposure comp since it about the most useful info available !!

Thanks for the comments Alfred and sorry about forgetting the EXP Comp .. it was zero. I haven't tried masking yet, I guess I had better get reading up on that and I should have at least tried cloning out the top stick it really sticks out.

Hi Malcolm, I really like this shot. Sharp and well exposed. I cropped and removed a branch and increased the vibrance a bit.
