    Hi Kathy,
    This is a sweet image, I like the almost vertical lift...:D You have sharp details with very good color rendition, along with a good head angle and a clear sharp eye. My only suggestion would be to add more canvas on top to give this fellow more flight room...good show...keep them coming...:cool:

    Very nice capture! I'll second everything Gus said, in addition I'd add more space on the left for flight room.

    Hi Kathy One good looking bird and fine pose Must have been preening and just coming out of the water Neat !!! Agree on the extra room ... can only imagine with a blue water bg !!! Big Congrats !!!

    Excellent capture Kathy. You did well with the harsh lighting and good control over the bright orange of the bill. Very often see over-saturation in that instance. Good show!

    A fun image Kathy. I don't mind the crop as I like tighter crops. Looks like he's getting ready to beam straight up! Good exposure and lots of detail in the B and W's.

    Hi Kathy - Nice - like the vertical take off pose - feels a little tight but don't mind it at all.

    Like your first post Kathy,nice and sharp,like the water coming of the feet,but I would like more room at the top,nice shot.thanks.
