    Default Pouting Giraffe

I found this giraffe in the Augrabies National Park in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa, pouting for me in sweet morning light.

    Canon 1000D with Tamron 70-300mm Di Tele-Macro @ 238mm
    f8.0 @ 1/1600 @ ISO 400

Agree on removing the extra catch light Might select the light area under the ear and on top of eye and multiply !!

I like the pose, soft light and blue bg !!!! Really nice Not a big fan of dark frames they seem to take away from image but just personal preference !! Excellent image !!!!

Stunning light on the tall guy Morkel, and you have exposed the colours nicely. Difficult to come up with an acceptable comp, as a full body shot seems a bit boring, so we tend to zoom in on their heads, as you have. I agree to remove one of the catchlights.

Nice light and expression on the giraffe.
