Wasn't sure where to post this as it is more of a "documentary" for myself as opposed to a bird image. I had been watching this female fly around my moms porch on Lake Ontario in N.Y. gathering spider webs for the past 4 days. I figured she was building a nest somewhere nearby but couldn't locate it until 15 minutes before I left to return home. I would have preferred to use some fill but I had already gone through two sets of batteries during this trip. I will be going back up in a month so maybe at that time I will get some with babies.
The nest is a tad bigger then a golf ball for reference sake.
