    Default Forster's Tern with Food

    Canon 1D II, 300/2.8 + 1.4xTC, f/5.6, 1/2500, ISO 400

The bird was just out of the water with catch after diving, the old 1DII still did a good job catching the action.

Godd catching of the action. IMO the feet are a bit over-saturated. Whites handled very well, not blown even on the sunlit neck. Wish the shadow was not there and
the water was cleaner and thanks for sharing it!

Ditto Fabs other than the leg color--they can get very bright in breeding plumage. Love the flying droplets, the wing postion, and the perfect head angles: both the bird and the fish!

Good to see you here posting your images.
Nice image presented here. Despite the top lights whites are quite ok as you are lucky with the wing pose. :)
    Colors look ok for me.

You captured the peak of the action Jia. The water droplets and the fish make the image for me. A better light angle or softer light would have helped.

I like the flight angle, and great action captured with the sprayed water droplets. Good exposure, and the catch a bonus.
