I took this picture, one early morning. I like the pose of this bird when it slightly slants back to take the next step. I am not sure whether it needs any CW rotation.
In any case I would like to know your opinion. Please be straightforward as I am here to learn.

Normally I don't like a high shooting angle but when you have such a pristine reflection I think it works. Great detail - I might boost the mid-tones just a bit (to brighten).
The rotation is perfect in this. A quick check is to see if the tips of the bills line up. The exposure looks good, and I would sharpen this bit more. Lovely reflection captured.
Lovely reflection in beautiful blue water. I agree about more sharpening. I would also brighten the bird a little and perhaps add a little canvas behind the bird.
Great eye contact, reflection and calm water. Adding to the other suggestions, I might put the bird a little bit further to the left in the frame but not by much.
Nice one Nagesh. The offered suggestions would really put this over the top. I will add that you could add a bit at bottom so that the space between the head and edge of frame is equal both at top and at bottom (it's something that I personally like in reflection images).
I just love this one. The whites look red because of the early morning light. Would love to see a lighter overall repost with the bird selectively sharpened. The reflection is mega! BTW, the bird is in complete basic (winter) plumage. This is a stunning capture that can be improved.
