    About 50% Crop.

    I like the (landing?) pose and eye contact. I would give it a bit more room at the top and find it surprising that the shutter speed was not higher at this ISO setting.

    Great pose, comp, BG, detail and natural moment, light didn't helped at all, fill fash would've been ideal here IMO.

    You are getting closer Desmond ... bird is getting larger in frame !!! I like the pose and bg plus you got the little guy sharp !! Agree with Axels suggestions hope you have room at the top !!! Excellent !!!

    Regarding fill flash, Ramon, the concern I have is: "Would that only allow me to take one shot at a time?"

    Well timed for the landing, as these guys are extremely quick. I would only add a bit to the top.

    Super effort in capturing the bird in flight and pretty sharp! Some inclusion of flash would be benificiary on this.
