    as to what this is? The image was created in camera with the Canon 400mm IS DO lens handheld with the EOS-50D. ISO 200. Evaluative metering +1/3 stop: 1/15 sec. at f/7.1 in Tv mode.

    Do you know what it is? Do you like the image? Why or why not?

    I'm going to guess another of your bear abstracts. I do like the colors and repeating pattern of white lines,and wouldn't it be great if the white lines turn out to be bear claws -LOL

    Looks like a flock of snow geese taking off. :confused:

    Like the abstractness of it, but would like a little more definition to the colors. Focusing the edge or outlining it a little. But the flow is nice and the colors are interesting. Just a little too "muted" for me. But that's not to say it didn't match your vision, Artie.

    Way to go Fabs. That did not take long. This Black-legged Kittiwake colony was photographed from the bear boat near Whale Pass which is near Kodiak Island, AK.

    Mark, It was a very dark afternoon and I wanted to keep the soft look to the light.
