From Nickerson today. Looked like it was going to be too cloudy this morning but it turned to bright diffused so we got a fair amount of time in.

Great capture, good action and interaction !! Like the underwing details and the rendition of the body feathers of the male.

The only nit from me is the halo around birds, which is fixable anyhow.

A shot of the day for me. Excellent composition, light, colors.

the only thing i notice is a bit of smoothness and may be thats cuz of NR ? May be you have applied NR overall ?
Lost some details on bird in some Grey area unless my eyes are cheating me.

all and all un-noticeable NR work because of the gr8 shot and a good perspective.

Super sharp and perfect timing with the bill positions and touching cloacas. Halo not noticeable to me. EXP perfect as expected. Nice framing. The only way to improve it would have been to get right ont he ground if possible as this would have eliminated the stuff that we can see on the ground (but might have made that stick that I just noticed more prominent...)

Great poses, light, exposure, colors, atitude, natural moment, comp and detail, getting lower if possible would've improved the image as the horizon line would've disapeared or ended being lower.
    Congratulations!

    Very neat work Roman!

Very nice behavior captured here. I would do some ground clean up but that would be it. Thanks for sharing.

Great moment well captured. Almost looks like you used to much NR on the birds, ditto Artur on fg. I do see some sharpening halos

    Thanks all,
This was a large freshwater rain puddle and much lower would have introduced the sand and grasses further into the BG and made another band/line.....so that wasn't ideal either......not a big window. As for the halo's......see what look like a few on the wing on left....not sure how....but will re-visit it and check the original as the feathers there looked transluscent due to light conditions. I did run NR....but thought only on the BG.....(as I was up extrmely early to get there 3am)will re-check that too to make sure. I have debated the clean up....and am leaning towards total clean up.....but may make it too sterile? Thanks again all and I'll mess around with it on another version.

Great interaction, both well exposed and sharp, and love the low angle on this. You have brought out the eyes very well in both terns. Great image.
