NIce action. I usually like to see good eye contact, but I understand what you are trying to do here. The only thing I would do is tone down the whites on the wing.

I love this secretive pose. It is not that but still keeps the bird hidden.
Whites are hot on the wing. Good to see the tip of the bill.

Cool pose! I'd also look into lightening the shadowed area of the body after you tone down the wings.
