    Default Cattle Egret In Cedar

Here's a breeding cattle egret. Seemed to be happy staying still for quite awhile. Could not get him to turn his head the way I wanted it. Some cropping off of the bottom.

    Canon EOS- 1D, EF 500 f/ 4.0 L, 1.4 TC, 550 EX flash, BB and tripod with Wimberley. My exposure was 1/ 400 sec. @ f/ 7.1 at 320 ISO.

    Enjoy...

I would sharpen a bit more and also some NR would help, I would crop a little more from the left to improve comp. Very nice light, colors and exposure though. Congratulations!

    Ramon,

Thanks for your comments. I understand what you're saying. My 1D is a noisy camera compared to my new Canon. Take a look at what I did and let me know what you think...
