    Hi Jeremy

Good looking bird and pose with a good bg !! Might take some from the bottom then select the perch and multiply. If it does not bring the texture back just cold clone a bit in the hotter areas. Cropping wise might take just a little form the back but do like how you left more room up front !!! .... btw like that avatar :)

I like this one, the pose, perch, BG, light, detail and colors, I would only suggest to tone down the whole image a bit as it looks too bright IMO. Congratulations!

I agree with both above. The perch (which I love the textures on) is looking rather bright...so does the chest but to a lesser extent. Minor cosmetic tweaks could also include lightening the iris just a bit more and toning down the brighter blue patch touching the bird's neck. Neat species, and I like the pose it offered you here. Well done :-)

Lovely image, Jeremy. I love the pose and BG is beautiful - good suggestions re perch above. A little NR on the BG would be an option.

Great image but just a tad too bright for my taste.
NR may work ,but doesnt seem to be terrible on my screen, but I have found that 2nd round of NR on coverted JPG may help.

Super pose, sharp, showing lovely detail. I would darken the francolin a bit, and tone down the perch.
