    La Jolla d200 500 mm f9 iso 250 my first try at the rock you have to be very good or lucky to get a shot that does not need something removed :D

    Very nice. May be a little bit to the right and show little bit more of birds face?

    Love the action in this image and the great coloring. I do find it a bit tight in the frame, and just a little too centered. A slight head turn would have revealed the eye which would strengthen the image. Thanks for sharing Jeff.

    Judy made some really nice points that would definitely improve this image. I noticed that there are a lot of cloning artifacts. The right-bottom of the bird is partially cloned out. Also, there's seems to be a decent amount of noise in the background. A little noise reduction might be able to clean that up. Keep 'em coming!

    That's quite an Adam's apple. I suggest cropping for focus just on the neck and head, and a glimpse of the shoulders. That way you could eliminate the lower part of the image that appears to have had something removed. Those are some great colors, I love how Nikon renders that blue water.

    thank you all !yep I had too remove 2 gulls and not very well the crop is a better idea and less work .But if I had moved to my right I would have had close up shots of the seals .Phil I think you and some other folks were on the rock that thru. Thanks for the helpful feed back
