    Hi Paolo, I like the pose and your exposure has detail in both the whites and the blacks. I would suggest you clone out the black area in the upper right. I find the pole on the left a bit distracting....

    Paolo, that is a really fine looking cormorant. The pose is wonderful with the slightly outstretched wings. As Dave mentions, the pole in the left background is distracting and draws my eye away from the bird. It looks like you may have been pinned in with distractions on the right side as well, but I try to keep a very close eye on the background in bird photographs. Nice bird!
