Another from my indoor work. I have alwyas loved sunflowers.....who doesn't???.....but wanted to capture it against the sky. This is a sky BG...indoors.Canon 1D Mark lll with the Sigma 180mm macro at ISO 800 for 0.5 seconds at f32 natural light with 2 reflectors.

I'm still to try this technique, very busy with field trips outdoors. On my to do list, I think it's a great idea, nice going!

nice indoor work Roman....my tastes want to see about 4º of cw rotation,
just enough to give the sunflower a very slight upward tilt(the phototropism :) )

even though they do hang "out and down" often....IMO, an upward tilt might be even better

I like the Sunflower against the sky BG. I would not have guessed it was taken indoors. I don't quite understand how you did it. Would you be kind enough to explain?

I just found the answer to my question when I scrolled down to your photo of a Columbine. Thanks!
