    Nice subject and colors. It definitely needs some rotation. Also the head turn is not ideal, and I would crop some from the top.

    I like the angle, details and calm water. It does need a few degrees CW rotation and I would crop some off the top and I also wish the bird were swimming towards you.

    Good points made in both critiques, I'd add to crop some of the reflection, which is not full and has some annoying whites on it.

    I like the detail....often hard to get on this bird. My very first impression was that it really needed a CW rotation. I also like the idea of cropping off the top and a tad off the bottom. Definitely an image worth reworking.
