    Mid morning light
    ISO = 400

    Workflow:
    LRII (small crop & minor exposure adjustments)--interface-->CS4 (Topaz, smart sharpen, minor levels & selective color adjustments - no boost on eye)

    ps- light was in front and I was adjusting for background light - changed mind - attached BB and dialed in -3.

    Jeff, Nice pose and HA ,looks like it's a bit tight on bottom. I think the wet head is adorable!

    Good exposure and colours Jeff. Good detail in the blacks. Love the red eye. I think too it might just be a bit tight on the bottom.:)

    HI Jeff - good HA and pose - exposure looks good - love that eye. Agree its a little tight at the bottom.

    Love those birds Jeff !!! Just a little tight but very fine image !!! Nailed the head angle, good pose, pleasing angle and bg plus exposure right on the money !!!!

    btw the eye looks good and in most of them you need to select and play with the pupil since they normally look goofy !!! Big Congrats on this one !!!

    Thanks for the kind words and great feedback. I have others of this bird "Eared Grebe" (I think). He is a vagrant, not normally seen in TN. I will post another image with more room, thanks for the great advise.
