    This is the rarely seen Costa Rican Split-tailed Fiery-throated Humming-Owl in flight! I used a 27 strobe setup at the nest of this rarity to capture this, the only known image of this species, which is the size of a roll of Kodachrome 64! (one of those birds with a name longer than its body!):D:D.

    Fantastic Flip!! Dan, the dead on look and eyes are great!!Sooo funny!!!Love it, Love it, Love it!!The story is pretty good too:p:D

    Nice....almost looks like a sweet critter, but mostly a menacing one
