    Axel:

Nicely composed, with just enough room in front. Nice underwing detail, good eye for a skimmer (often don't show up very well), wing position ideal.

Exposure good. I believe the whites on the face are very close, but not blown.

I think Randy pretty well nailed the critique and I concur on all counts. Nicely done, Axel.

Very nice Axel. Perfectly posed. Good exp and techs as expected. I was about to mention a couple of dark specs but those are on my LCD screen and you would never have missed them anyway.

I saw these birds at the Caribbean as well. Had problems with keeping the whites good. Nice composition and sharpness. I like the color of the water as well with the soft light over it.

I like the posture of the skimmer, and you have exposed the colours on him nicely. Great eye shown up against the darker plumage, and love the softer colours of the BG.

Lovely, Axel. I like the low light and pose but also the texture of foam on the water

Overall nice image and good wing position.

I wish the head whites were a tad lower and the exposed upper wing on the right wing weren't quite so dark.

Typical skimmer behavior, with great exp control and wing position.
