    Hello Kiran,
Another nice post; great subject, soft light, nice detail and composition. Looks like India is a good location as well for bird photography. Thanks for posting.

Great posture and sharpness, and stunning species! I would try and lift the shadows a little bit to bring out more detail, and maybe you could consider lightening the eye a fraction. Thanks for posting, love your images of Indian birds

Great pose, details and BG. I agree with Chris regarding bringing out more details in the shadows and might sharpen the perch a bit less. Keep them coming!

Super detail and a great pose. I like the BG too. The perch definitely does draw the eye; in addition to backing off on the sharpening, I might try to reduce the contrast in the perch.

Super pose, and the feather detail in this is, is amazing. This is sharp, and I like the BG. I agree with the above comments on the perch.

Ah!. Its been such a long time since I have seen this bird. One of my favourtie kites. I like it a lot as-is. One thing I would have done is move the black level towards the right a bit...but only a little so that details are not lost.

I would remove the smaller catchlight, the rest: Colors, BG, pose, detail, light, etc are simply outstanding IMO. Congratulations!
