    When I was in Texas awaiting the next bird to come along a group of Javelinas came up to drink from a small waterhole near me.
    Nikon D300,500mm,F/8, 1/1200,800 iso, 0 comp,Tripod mtd.

    Neat to see one of these. Looks like he's watching you. Good detail to show off that bristly fur. The eye looks just slightly hazy as if artificially lightened. A little tweak of contrast on it seemed to bring it a more natural appearance to me.

    Dave,
    This one looks to be similar to a wild boar in India. I would reduce the colour temperature a bit and a small crop from the bottom. Thanks for sharing.
