    Another nice one, John!
    Great placement in the frame and the "contemplative" pose works well.
    DOF looks perfect for this.

    Fabulous. A great job with the 90 degree light. You have really emphasized the chick's fragility.

    You are king of the baby plovers. The large canvas and shallow DoF work together to show this tiny little creature exploring its great wide world.

    I especially like the overall vastness of the scene which this little beauty is occupying...plus it's simple.

    Tech. already mentioned. I did want to comment that the exposure is better on this one.
    The image tells a story, can't do much better than that.

    Captivating image. The isolation enhances the weakness of the subject and the dof works very well.
