My first White Morph, unfortunately the not the best light. After several weeks without going out this is the best I got.

Pretty much out the camera, clone a buoy and a small dark line on the urc. Plus sharpen the fish to bring attention to it, maybe overdone. I think it need rotation, but I am not sure how much.

    1/4000, 6.3, ISO 320, 400mm

    Thanks,
    Raul

This is just awesome! I was not expecting such a terrific shot, that little fish just made it for me! Plus the pose of the egret, soft light, details and low angle are all A+. You might try a little CW rotation IMO. Congratulations!! Amzing natural story here!!!

    Raul:

Nice capture. The image is pretty flat because of the light. I took a minute to tweak it a bit.

    1) Adjusted both black and white points. The latter was quite a bit off.
    2) Brightened the eye
    3) Did CW rotation. You obviously need more canvas if you have it to do this, but it was rotated quite a bit

I think you can get a lot more out of this image, some options to try.

I agree with Randy when he says that you can get a lot more out of this image, and after seeing his repost I wanted to do my share :) so here it is, I gave some SH, leves, Saturation, USM and NR.

Pretty flat light made better in the reposts. The fish adds a nice touch, Raul.

    Ramon:

Nice improvement. I particularly like the water coming off the fish, it shows up so much more clearly.

So, the moral of the story is:

Keep working on this one! It is pretty nice, just waiting to shine!

Thanks for comments and Randy/Ramon thanks for repost.
I went back to the raw file and push just a little bit the highlights and darken the shadows, I also increased the temp few degrees. I sharpen more than usual the jpeg, because I like what Ramon did with the trail of water. I though that a bigger image will allow more detail.

Did try the CW rotation, but the amount canvas that need to be add are beyond my PS skills.
I'll keep the picture until I get better at PS, will re-work again.

Looks amazing, as said, I love this shot, very unusual to capture this in picture! Congratulations again.
