    Assignment: Color - “Pop Corn”

Note: This is a double exposure consisting of three frames. The ambient lighting was bounced and directed by means of reflector panels, and diffusers.

These lovely ladies reside in my Pops’ garden; They were painted with a Nikon D3, using a Nikkor 105mm f/2.8D IF-ED macro lens, with a stacked combination of a 36mm extension tube.

    Image Solution:
focal length @ 105mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 1/125sec. - f/22 / exposure comp @ -0.3EV / ISO @ 320 / white balance @ custom profile, using an Expo disc for color balance / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient light / tone comp @ +2 degrees / hue adjustment @ +2 degrees / saturation factor @ +2 degrees / support platform - tripod assist, with macro focusing rail and remote electronic trigger release.

    Comments greatly appreciated...

    Gus,

Nice technical work. Is the heavy lifting done in PS, Camera Raw or the Camera?
