    Congratulations Rich Steel
    Brown Hare

    Hi

As usual I have spent quite a bit of time this year photographing brown hares. I had this one running straight at me this week (which makes a change). Added a little canvas to the photo as it was too full frame!

    Taken with 1Dmk3 and 500mm lens at ISO400 at F8 +0.33EV at 1000s

    Cheers

    Rich

Congratulations, Rich! Great capture, I like the galloping pose. Did you have a carrot lying in front of you? :)

    Congrats Rich.
The motion depicted in the legs make this one different.
    Well deserved IOTW.

Thanks for your comments. I have been trying to get a head on running photo of the hares for a while. This one just kept on coming straight at me until ears and legs were disappearing rapidly out of frame.

    Cheers

    Rich
