My own critique here is that the bird on the right hand side is not so in focus.
I tried not to over sat the picture this time but I don't know what's going on with PS, (or me) every time I save for web it just keeps over saturating my shots, any idea on what could be wrong? Thanks in advance. jc

Juan, I set my Picture Style in both my 30D and 40D to Standard, contrast -2 saturation -1 give this a try and see if it helps with your saturation issue. I agree with your self critique as well, nice background and the timing was spot on.
You are doing a tremendous job with the Hummers, JC, this is one is excellent, sharpening and colors just right.
You may want to check this link about the colors;
Are you changing your color space when you post? Most of the web is sRGB, so I always convert my images from Nikon RGB to sRGB when I post images on the web.
Can´t help with the colors Juan Carlos but you are doing a great job with this beauties. I do not agree with your self critic. You´ve got the flying bird in focus and it is almost impossible to get both birds in focus. You did a good job man!
