how would you rate this 500L

I know there is a ton of people here that has this lens, I just purchased one used but I want to see if my expectations are to high, so curious how other people would rate the quality of the glass.

I want to go by the adorama / BH std

E Lens Glass very clean - cosmetically may show slight wear and/or signs of use.

E- Shows signs of moderate use - Lens Glass is perfect but may have some dust which will not affect picture quality.
V Appears well used and may include dings, brassing, scrapes and bruises but is in fully functional condition. Glass may have marks or haze that should not affect picture quality.
G Appears to have been used very heavily with multiple dings, scrapes, scratches and heavy brassing. Glass may have fungus, excessive dust and/or scratches that can affect picture quality.

the specs are not on the front element it appears to be on the one behind it, its as obvious from the naked eye as it is in this picture, its like it the whole outer part of the glass, its not as bad in the middle

it does not appear to hurt the pics though

also how much would canon charge to fix it?

come on everyone I need some feedback here

I just purchased this lens from a very reputable dealer but I am not happy with the quality of the glass, this is completly visible on the outside edges of the glass all around with the visible eye

before I send it back I am curious what people would rate this at because maybe I am off my rocker, but so far everyone I have spoken to agree's with my assessment

I know that there are tons of people here that have the 500L so someone must have some comment

I am going to talk to them, if they give me a decent price reduction I will consider keeping it, otherwise it will definitely be going back
