    Found this pygmy owl hunting the willows a few weeks back.

    Too gorgeous. The soft light, lovely COMP & BKGR, and sharp focus are superb. I'd lose at least the one skinny branch protruding on the right. You might also consider smoothing out the BKGR on the right half of the image, esp. along the right frame edge.

    Simply gorgeous photo Robert! That pastel pink BG makes this really special (what is the BG anyway?). If I were to be really really picky I would say it could do without the branch with the pineapples on the left since it seems to be sticking out of its tail.

    Great find, I remember the other one and I'm still envious. :) I like the perch and pose and agree regarding stick and right side of the BG.

    Lovely composition and details. I love the BG but the little tree, takes away from your subject.
