    Default Ruddy Turnstone

I captured this one last week at Sandy Point. The turnstones tend to be skittish, but this one flew across a small patch of water to hunt in the mud near me.

Nice walking pose and eye contact. I would sharpen the bird more and remove the sheen on the bill.

I like the raised-foot pose and the low angle. I'd sharpen a bit more and reduce the specular highlights on the bill.

Beautiful pciture with smooth BG. As commented above, I would also sharpen the image especially the eye and face.

Added more sharpness, took off some of the bill highlights.

You did a great job of handling the off angle light. I only wish that we could see the complete shadow. This guy is in very spiffy plumage.
