    I like the pose, eye contact and BG and would give it more room top and bottom. Maybe a bit more contrast?

    Love the top view of the wings and eye contact. A little selective sharpening on the head may be good. Find myself wishing it were an adult with the brighter plumage and eye:(

    Nice pose and BKGR. Looks as if you did a pretty good job of lightening the face. The iris could do a bit brighter.

    I lovbe it, the species is one of my favorites! I wouls like to see it with a bit more room all arround, and a touch more contrast. Congratulations!

    Very nice flight shot and backgound. If this is a crop I would add a bit more space up and down.
