TIGER CUB- WALK ON A WILD WALL

Taken this image in may 2009 at Bandhavgarh National Park , Madhya Pradesh, India

Nikon D300/Nikon 600MM VR-II/ISO 200

She was sitting on other side of Rajbehara dam and was quite lazy one. Then after a wait of 40-45 min she decide to walk on our side.

She is walking on a dam wall. Taken in Morning golden light (around 7.30AM) of Indian summers.

Harshad, certainly early morning light, which has brought out the colours of the tiger nicely. I like the eye level in this, together with the slightly raised paw to show movement. I find the tree trunk in the BG competing with the right leg, and first prize would have been a clear golden BG.

Aside from the tree trunk issues mentioned above, great capture. The golden light certainly helps! This and the other tiger shot you posted are the best tiger images posted on this forum. Excellent work and looking forward to seeing more of them!

I love that cat! I agree on the tree trunk but like the green leaves around her, maybe clearing the face like a second after?
