    Default Theme: Oriental Poppy

This is actually a Tulip! I was inspired by this weeks Theme! I did several blending modes on separate layers and masked some of the Poppy's center back in. Used the hue adjustment also. I was going to put the Poppy off centered more -but remembering Dan's critique of Indranil's post-decided it looked more Asian.

Another very creative piece Denise! A little bit more saturation on the red of the chop only would bring into view above all of the other red, just a suggestion.

Looks great Denise! The color of the red oily ink that is used for chops is "Chinese Red" which is about the color that you have here. I have found it a little hard to match with the computer but yours is very close.

Another excellent composition, Denise. The color is amazing. Love the positioning... and the chop is also excellent. Dan has been an excellent guide in making us achieve the results.

Lovely Denise - the reposted chop is better - that was my first thought when looking at the original.
Very creative and good PS Skills :)

Hi Denise, The colors just pop right out and grab ones attention. I like the way the center and the black outlines are handled. Only nit is I might get rid of the small bit of white on the bottom. Good job!
