    This is a female weaver bird, and was shot at a friends feeder set up. I have been digging up from my archives, as this was taken a few years ago. The colours in this are as shot.

    Stuart:

    Very nice. Good exposure, sharp,very interesting tree trunk, I like the curve of the birds back/tail. She is using her tail like a woodpecker, as a prop.

    I think the focus point was probably on the birds near shoulder, and the eye is ever so slightly blurry. I would do one more pass of selective sharpening on the eye. Its color is great.

    Pretty cool! I love the patterns and textures on the perch. Good colours, with the red eye nicely showing against all those tans/yellows. I wish the shadow was not quite so heavy, but still quite an appealing image.

    What a vivid eye!

    Very nice image, love the clean BG and all details capture here, the light is very sweet.

    If anything, a little more space all around for my taste. I love the intense colors. Great HA too. :)
