    Beautiful plumage, I suppose it's breeding? He seems to be going away from you rather than coming at you, which is preferred. Good exposure, I think it needs some rotation and you can eliminate the red behind his head it if's OK with your processing ethics.

    Neat breeding plume colours along it's neck. Head angle is unfortunate, always best and has much higher impact if it is turned slightly towards you. I'd love more room above, and would definitely remove some of the leaves(?) on the ground....but the head angle pretty much lessens the value of the image even with other PP fixes. You did nail the exposure on this guy, very well done with that, and it looks like you made an effort in getting low. Keep them coming!!
