Hi - do post the full shooting info including shutter speed and aperture :)
Nice looking bird - Good HA and eye contact and a nice open beak pose.
Some of the whites on the back are on the verge of being over - you can probably pull them back a bit with a multiply layer. Would lighten and sharpen the eye just a tad and tone down the brighter spots in the background on the upper left.
If you have the room - might move him just out of the centre a little.
Good looking bird and pose As presented can also work around the eye area, select and lighten a bit Didn't see the shooting info but some flash fill would have been helpful if possible !!!
Your doing great and remember most of the things we mention are not hard rules but things that will help you make a better image. The two biggest here would be having more room in the direction the bird is looking (than to the rear) and checking the histogram for exposure !!! Looking forward to many more !!!!
Hi Harshad,
I like the capture...Mr. Peters and Mr. Forns covered the techs. along with some very good advise...I would personally like to see the bird off centered in frame...also the area around the eye needs to be lightened...looking forward to your next one...
