    Nice catch.

    I suggest raising the exposure slightly. There is also a over all image color cast that may warrent correction.

    I like the angle and eye contact and would consider cropping the green part off the top.

    I like the angle of flight in this, and thats a fair size catch. I would crop some off the top.
